The slippers are beautiful, well made, and true to size. A little slippery on my kitchen floor but this is easy to fix. I gave these beautiful slippers one star because the company who makes them are jerks. Instead of reassuring me that it’s on its way, they just closed the inquiry on the slippers. I didn’t receive my slippers at the date this company said I would, 10 days later I called USPS and they looked into and brought it to me.
I will never buy again from this company. I told everyone I know, and they are shocked. Company needs new management.
